Watchmans

Why Watchmans

The standard behind the people we send.

Protection is a trust business. These are the checks that sit behind every agent who stands next to you, and the standards we hold ourselves to when nobody is watching.

How we operate

Selection

Agents come from the U.S. Secret Service, Diplomatic Security, federal protective details, and special operations. Time in service is the entry requirement, not the qualification — we hire for judgement under pressure.

Vetting

Background investigation, reference checks with former commands, credential verification, and drug screening before assignment. Re-vetting is continuous, not annual paperwork.

Licensing and insurance

Every agent holds the armed and unarmed credentials required in the jurisdiction they work in. The company carries general liability and professional liability coverage in all operating states.

Medical standard

Every agent is trained in tactical casualty care and carries trauma capability on detail. Details operating away from major cities plan an evacuation route before you arrive.

Confidentiality

Agents sign binding non-disclosure agreements. We do not name clients, publish case studies, or photograph work. If you have heard of a detail we ran, we did it badly.

Accountability

Each engagement produces a written record of what was observed, what changed, and what we recommend next. You always know what your money bought.
